This can also happens on Windows:
* This happened 12 times on w8adm between 2022-12-09 to 2023-01-13 but then it
stopped.
* This happened once on w10pro64-ja (64-bit) on 2023-01-06.
* This happened once on w7u-es on 2023-03-20.

I think this points this issue being caused by an external factor that can
happen on Windows just as well as in Wine, probably a side-effect of some other
test.
