Thanks for clarification.

And when you tried it the second time, have you removed ~/.wine directory,
mapped cdrom and ran 'wine setup.exe'? Also note that this command still won't
work for you if you want to unmount cdrom. The easiest way is to map cdrom (if
not automatically mapped by Wine) then run:
cd ~
winefile d:\

(where "d" is the driver where cdrom is mapped to).
Then double-click on the setup.exe
