[Bug 9501] Window manager panel elements remain on the fullscreened game

The commit description says "winex11: Update the wm hints also when mapping a
previously zero-size window" However it looks like wm hints will be updated
BEFORE the window has been resized. Doesn´t it?
Should I open an xfce4 bugreport?
