I did use the Debian.org Package, right and i know what you mean by helping with stuttering, cause i had this problem with the old winealsa.drv and used to set PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC to 30 to fix that. I use WINEDEBUG=+pulse (got that command from "slackner" in the wine irc). With "WINEDEBUG=+pulse PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=150 wine" the buffer size was drastically increased and with "WINEDEBUG=+pulse PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=200 wine" i finally got sound :) But is it normal to need 200ms with pulse instead of the prior 30ms with alsa? I hope the sound isn't somewhat lagging behind this way.
However many many thanks to sort that out so i can have sound again :)
