elevated_1024x768.exe (4K binary)

elevated_1024x768.exe runs in Linux a hundred times slower than in Windows.

native d3dx9_33.dll is required.

This is probably due:
fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_CreateSwapChain The app requests more than one
back buffer, this can't                                                        
 o use double buffering(=1 back buffer) if possible
