[Bug 11440] NWN2 toolkit crashes on startup

How stupid of me - registry was missing tahoma althought I did use fonts.reg to
register the fonts from the original patch. I added :

"Tahoma (TrueType)"="TAHOMA.TTF"

to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts]

Now the tool starts fine, but does not load libraries.

It complains it cannot load a number of dll's. All are present on the library
(see .png attach). 1st is DefaultVerifier.dll. After it lists the dlls, mail
screen is shown.
