Hi Dimitry,

I have explained many times ;) if you refer to my screenshot, you can see the
difference. i.e., 
case 1 is a font link problem case 2 is NOT font link, but wrong charset.

Byeong's test program clearly shows that the garbage is that wine think these
chars
are NOT Korean, but English.
