--- Comment #13 from François Gouget fgouget@codeweavers.com 2012-06-14 09:46:30 CDT --- I added en_PH.UTF8 to my list of locales and if I run 'LANG=en_PH.UTF8 ./wine winecfg.exe', in the About tab I get the British spelling of 'license', that is 'licence'. So this confirms that there is an issue.
However the issue persists even after applying the attached patch to create an en_PH.po file that symlinks to en_US.po. I'm not sure this approach is right in the first place but it does not seem to work :-(
