[Bug 28997] Viper Racing v1.2.3: Copy protection does not detect CD

it just disables any safedisc related check, the game still require the data to
be read from the cdrom.

By the way, just tried on wine  1.3.32, and I can't replicate such behaviour.
The CD is correctly detected, but still fails as in
