Anyway the crash is inside your graphics driver, aside from updating wine you
should update your graphics driver too.

I played KaM last month in wine 1.9.x and did not have any issues, I also
switched to the GoG version to simplify the usage (no more CD-ROM) and shortly
after I switched to KaM Remake in order to get rid of some bugs in the original
game, all working fine.
