Also adding that using wine-pba-3.3-x86_64 lutris and basicly every version so far up to 3.12 ive been testing problem persists. So it propably isnt DXVK related issue.
As suspected after installing/making dxvk run with wow to problem seems to have disappeared for me so far.
radeon-vulkan vulkan-radeon 18.1.5-1, mesa 18.1.5-1, lutris with pba-firerat-3.11-x86_64
