you're right it's not a properly reported bug.

I'm running ubuntu 7.10 64 bit.3d it's working on a ati radeon mobility x1150
with the propietary driver fglrx 8.37.6

The application is Counter Strike non-source 1.6
On Windows with the propietary driver i'm having 100 fps
On Ubuntu with the propietary fglrx driver and wine <0.9.46 i'm having 70-90
fps
Since 0.9.47 i'm having 20 fps at best, and some games are not working(Heroes
III,Atomic Bomberman)
