[Bug 13954] Only top half of screen visible

Interesting.  The cut scene videos in "Splinter Cell" show the same effect of
only displaying on the top quarter of the screen, the rest of the screen is
left black -- and then when the next scene of the game begins the image is in
the top left hand quarter.
