[Bug 9771] Steam Friends doesn't work

The reason why Steam Friends doesn't work is that the GUI doesn't refresh it
self. If you could make some patch or something to force the GUI to refresh...
pleaseeee. :( 
I hate windows, its so buggy, so sloooooooow, and those BSOD are making me
crazy !!!
I'm in a team of CS, and when I'm on Linux, I cant speak with the other
members, and ... (you can imagine)

So, please, fix that bug ;)
