Very short video showing the bug in game

I created a very short video of the bug. I haven't used OBS before, so please
excuse the audio. There is absolutely none of that awful distortion in the
actual game. Any distortion was because I did not configure OBS correctly. But
the point I was trying to show, was that the horses footsteps and cart wheels
play audio correctly. It is just the dialogue with this issue.
