You would need to try it on a clean wineprefix (remove/rename ~/.wine directory), install with winetricks .net2.0 Don't install anything else just because you think it's nice to have.
OK - I'll do that, but . . .
The package from sfrep.com was ai8.3.exe (the target app) plus seven .7zip files. I understood the seven .7zip files were to be in the same directory and they would be used only if needed. At that point wine was clean and I got the output as attachment 2.
I then got rid of created files and directories from the first run, and renamed the .7zip files out of the way. I used winetricks to load the six picks that matched the needs represented by the .7zip files. Installing the sfrep app yielded attachments 3, 4 and 5.
There were no nice-to-have winetricks selections.
