[Bug 13752] Kega Fusion: Direct 3D output does not fill window in windowed mode

Links to the two pictures as promised.

These two shots show what happens when you move the window around the screen.
In the top left of the desktop, the Direct3D output fills most of the window in
the right and lower hand side of the window

But once you move the window further down and to the right on the desktop, the
Direct3D output moves further down and to the right in the window.
