[Bug 23639] iTunes 7.7.1.11 downloading podcasts hangs

ulimit -n 10000: wine start C:\Program\ Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe

I changed ulimit by editing /etc/security/limits.conf and adding 2 entries,
then restarting:

name soft nofile 10000
name hard nofile 20000

I don't get the ulimit -n error but I still get spammed by window noting
Distnoted.exe needs to close, which seems to cause iTunes GUI performance
degradation.
