hacky_patch test results

With your "Hacky patch", COD4 did not show any graphical corruption or
noticable performance problems.  My initial tests show that it is working,
however this is with Shadows OFF.  The game hard locks when turning Shadows ON
(during game or after launch from inital options screen).  While we can't
expect a performance hit when turning Shadows ON, we shouldn't expect a hard
lock so I will upload output.
