[Bug 11188] Most attempts to save in Warcraft III 1.21a Reign of Chaos crash the game

I have seen that many factors effect this. I mean at one time I had a few hours
of stable saves when I changed the video resolution only to have the crash
again on my next start of the game. With the patch I have never had it crash.
However I have not played much since then because of a video card (nvidia ti
4200) gone bad and my motherboard not working in opengl with a new nvidia agp
card. I got a new system over the weekend so this problem should be gone and I
should  be able to test again.
