[Bug 25104] ChooseFont dialog does not support font size not displayed in dialog

Very simple to see and reproduce.  Just use the Wine notepad program.  Start
and enter some text and highlight.  Select the font menu item and normally you
will see the missing font size right away.  You can also select a font size
such as 71 (which normally is not included in the combo box font sizes) and
press ok.  You will not see any change in the font size.  Do the same with a
font size that is listed in the combo box, press ok and you will see the
selected text change size.

Compare with what happens on a real Windows machine.
