Strange thing is that changing wine to windows 7 fixed the issue
Could you attach a (compressed) debug log in win10 mode (i.e. run with WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh wine Topaz\ Gigapixel\ AI.exe &>debuglog.txt)?
