It's a two year old ticket that the devs are too lazy to handle.  One suggested
it's up to the users (who typically don't build Wine* from source) to bisect.

The rot in this project is reaching the surface, and it doesn't smell like
roses, except to Wine* devs who don't give a rat's ass about this two year old
issue affecting hundreds of thousands of people.  They offer excuses "Oh it
must be Nvidia" despite it working on previous Wine, and they offer insipid
suggestions "just bisect the code."
