The crash seems to be the same so this missing wmic feature is likely not the cause of the crash (nevertheless it should somehow be added)
For completeness here's last past before the crash begins. Maybe hacking around in GetLocalTime might change something (like just make it empty) but I cannot find it likely that that has a bug
