[Bug 41308] Crash when launching application "iconfig.exe"

In winecfg, I chose "Windows 7" for the system version and tried to install the
drivers :
http://www.iconnectivity.com/downloads/software/iConfigVer4-2-0.exe

but it fails with the message "ERROR : some files failed to register properly"
