Oh, pretty interesting that the problem should be noticed by independent people
at about the same time after so long since the commit that produced the
problem.

In my case, it forces me to write a program of my own to
create/delete/start/stop a service during the installation procedure of another
program, if I want to have it install both on windows and wine. I assume this
problem is shared by other installers too? Hence, maybe the severity should at
least be Major?
