The only MWSE mod that is not working is this better blocking mod

It was not working before the symbol.c patch. When you press the C key it
should increase your block skill by 100 points and when you are not pressing C
it should have it set to 0. It does make the blocking set to 0 but when I press
C it does not increase the blocking skill.
