The app need administrator account for install
That's irrelevant to the problem. Installers should be able to perceive the necessary privileges on Wine. The "Bad device type" dialog seems to be the results of:
trace:exec:ShellExecuteExA 0x32ecd8 trace:exec:SHELL_execute mask=0x00000140 hwnd=0x10064 verb=(null) file=L"\\corpcantv\valores\Paquete.exe" parm=(null) dir=L"C:\users\arethusa\Temp" show=0x00000005 class=not used ... trace:exec:SHELL_FindExecutable Returning SE_ERR_FNF trace:exec:SHELL_execute retval 2
Presumably the installer was only meant to work internally within a specific corporate network. I assume the self-extracting archive aborts right after this. If I extract the archive by hand, I can run another self-extracting archive inside and at the very least start the real RightFax installer. I do run into problems with that, but please file a separate bug for that issue.
