[Bug 9550] Mouse position desync with cursor in UFO:ET

OK - got another dinput8.dll, but still desync problem,
but now I found a solution suppressing this Bug.
In File ./data/ufo-et.ini:
change "sensitivity=255" to "sensitivity=0"
which disable the scaling mentioned in comment 5.
Should I close this bug?

- Nevertheless I'll try your patch, maybe this fixes the problem with using
winXP dinput8.dll.
