Hi, a few things you could try more:

'winetricks jet40' after that do

'wine odbcconf /f "c:\windows\system32\jetodbc.rsp"' (taken from bug #27106)

Also it seems it tries to use speechsdk, try

'winetricks speechsdk'

Could you try if above things change anything and report back ? thx
