Hi. I think Wine applications live too much of their own lives now, making Wine too much of an emulator. They have their own registry, their own themes, their own menu as a sub-menu of the system menu. There is a "users" folder in the wine sub-folder of a single user. They are installed and uninstalled in a completely different way.
Once you understand that it's *Windows applications* not Wine ones you will see how much efforts Wine actually have done to perform that kind of integration which it currently supports.
