Does this bug occur in upstream (non-Staging) Wine?
Does native gdiplus (`winetricks -q gdiplus`) help?
Already tried gdiplus and upstream its just as bad except setting the wine version to Win 7 or above causes the application window to not even show up, its this issue here with upstream https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37876 which is fixed in staging but not in upstream.
