Just retested, for me the 1.2.22.31 version gives just repeated crashes, not
even giving a login mask.
1.2.17.9 tries to update, looks good.
https://cdn.gog.com/open/galaxy/client/setup_galaxy_1.2.67.58.exe doesn't crash
either.

Let's keep this one about 1.2.22.31 not starting up.
