Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried installing the programme, but all I
am getting now is the same error message, in the form of failed to load an
ntdll.dll file (see attached).

Saying that, I am now getting the same error message when trying to reinstall
an application dependency, .NET Framework 3.5 (also attached).
