FYI and before you jump on your high horses, this file is also a dongle driver
that had been on forums known to be used by some translation memory softwares
and  in particular the previous version of DejaVu used to be licensed through a
dongle although this version is being freed by an one-time activation code.

Since I am not directly a client of Atril, I can't ask them if they can't
remove this function if they are not using a dongle anymore. Maybe some dongles
are still active.
