[Bug 11345] Wrong button vertical position

The bug is fixed more completely now (sorry to bother). When I clicked the
newly-properly-placed buttons with Wine 1.1.29 in eMule 0.v49b, I was getting
an "Out of Memory" error that had no consequences (other than the button not
working half the time). Since it was an obsolete eMule, and it worked with the
newest eMule, I didn't mention it. This is now fixed as of Wine 1.1.31. It now
works perfectly and I'm removing my vote. Thanks :)
