Can you run: $ ls -l ~/.wine/dosdevices
And paste output here?
lrwxrwxrwx 1 mschultz users 10 2008-04-12 23:22 f: -> /mnt/cdrom
run:
ln -s ~/.wine/dosdevices/f:: /dev/YOUR_CD_DRIVE
And see if that helps.
