Thanks, Chris.  This is what I was after:
trace:iphlpapi:AllocateAndGetIpForwardTableFromStack returning ret 0 table
0x113d20 (93 entries)

That's pretty normal.  It's a bit larger than I'd expect, my route table has
only 3 entries, but it's not so massive as to be the culprit.  So there must be
a bug in how entries are searched in the table.  Hm..
