i think we should report this bug to apple too, they fixed the last one
(BadValue) and should fix this one too (the deadlock). anyone got more details
or is willing to do this?

from looking at http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX/FAQs i get the impression this is
the main issue holding back official winehq mac binaries, so we should either
lobby apple into fixing this ASAP or bundle our release with an own X-server
build like codeweavers do.
