To answer previous questions:-

No console output, and this is not downloadable its commercial. The version I
was installing is the one bundled with Traffic Giant but I'm sure its included
with a few older games. Midtown Madness (1.0) Chicago also uses Indeo video
technology but I don't think it uses the indeo installer - its built into the
Midtown Madness installer.
