For this application itself, how did you manage to go through the admin rights needed on the first startup with the retail version (i.e. not the demo)?
Maybe the DVD version you own utilizes some kind of DRM. You can check the installed game by using ProtectionId: http://pid.gamecopyworld.com/ProtectionID_v6.4.0.rar
The game that I tested is the digital download version, it comes without DRM.
