Right now dns9 mostly works with everything builtin, except it tries to use
currently unimplemented functions.

With a bit of grep/sed magic I found at least the following calls missing:

GdipCreateHBITMAPFromBitmap
GdipCreateLineBrushFromRectI
GdipCreatePen2
GdipDrawArcI
GdipSetLinePresetBlend
