[Bug 10789] Half Life 2 crashes when trying to apply video settings

Yes, it's an Intel i915. But, by setting dxlevel to 80 in the steam command
line, my optimal settings were set automatically for some reason. It plays
fine, I'm just wondering why the options menu is the only thing that hangs.
