well that I don't have. I don't do Windows at all, I just tracked this bug down and I think this should be enough to make some informed decision.
So far I got zip technical response. Some of you guys must be able to agree or disagree if this is a bug or not, if the impl. is OK or not based on what is already present.
We can't do that without knowing how Windows behaves, and the way to determine that is to write a regression test. MSDN cannot be trusted.
BTW, I would expect MSDN to omit stuff from the SPECs but not specify something and then omit that from the impl.
Isn't it much more like that whoever impl. the above mentioned function in Wine didn't read the SPEC properly?
