I can't confirm your theory about the number of files in a directory triggering this. I just tested in a directory with only 3 files in it, and the bug still occurred.
There may be something different about the encoding of the files where you didn't see this bug.
I agree. It may be the encoding of mp3 files which trigger this bug? The 10 mp3 files were "ripped", compared to the other mp3's which were not ripped. But I do remember 1by1 player not having this bug at all (possibly using an older version of 1by1 Player?). Not sure if it's a Wine regression or not?
I tried installing the older versions of Wine, but every time it showed an error message saying "dependency is not satisfiable".
