Same for FOSE (Fallout 3 Script Extender) I think there is source code for these programs so maybe someone could take fast look how it injects into Oblivion exe (or Fallout 3).

Tried, does not help. Using wine-1.1.28. Does someone have a somewhat reliable workaround?
