[Bug 23691] Autoruns requires Administrator privilege to analyze an offline system

Sorry, typo,

When attempting to an installation of windows vista on ..

was supposed to be

When attempting to analyze an installation of windows vista on ...

The newest versions of autoruns lets you point to an offline system and examine
it in a similar fashion to how it does the current system.  When attempting
this is where the error occurs.
