Okay, so I am not particularly experienced with WINE, or with how this forum
works, so please be patient with me. I did see your message, but the reset
happened again after posting the messages and attachments I had written while
you were replying.

I have now tried running the command you suggest. It has failed, I will attach
the output after posting this message.

I don't know what you mean by a clean wine prefix. Please explain.

If this is no the right place to resolve the problem, where do you suggest is
the right place?
