Not in a way that doesn't annoy them.  An automated
test would be better.

We've pissed them off; now we either have to charm them
by giving them a very, very nice test case, and/or
fix it ourselves, and/or somehow otherwise get
back on their good side.  Continued whining about
how they aren't fixing the bug for us won't cut it.
