mshtml:script - The xhr.js / 11 tests sometimes fail on Windows:

I did not find the 80ef0001 error code.

The failures happen in about 3.2% of the runs on:
* w7u 32-bit Windows 7
* w8  32-bit Windows 8.1
* w10pro64 64-bit Windows 10 21H1
